Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. [ There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. ] The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. If Reverse Pickup is not available in some area, buyer has to deliver Roar Fox Original Product to Our Warehouse, after that we will refund.

If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at within 7 Days of delivery to request return and refund.  We'll schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Roar fox garment.  Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned. Only 1 time return will be accepted.

Exchange Period: 

We accept the return exchange products within 07 days of products’ delivery date. In case, if you return it after 07 days, we will not accept it. So kindly return the products within 07 days. In case there is some defect or damage or loss parts  in product so the customer has to contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 48 hours if the customer contacts us than no exchange of the product will take place as per our policy .

Customized Refund Policy:

If the customer has customized the product according to their needs later are not satisfied with it then in such cases no exchange or refund will be not provided.
