Refunds
Once we receive the return shipment, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
1) If you have done an online payment, your refund will be credited into your Bank account within 5 to 7 days.
2) If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us with your bank account no. , bank name, and IFSC code, G Pay Number, Or UPI. We will refund your amount within 2 to 5 days.
3) Refund is Possible Only after the Parcel is dispatched, delivered, and Reverse Pick is Done. (If the refund is not processed within the timeline kindly email us at support@roarfox.com and we will refund you within 24-48 hours.)
Return Charges :
Products return charges (especially return shipping charges) has to be paid by buyers.
