2. Domestic Shipping Policy

What is the cost of shipping?

Domestic Shipping Policy :

A flat rate of ₹80/- is applicable on all orders

International Shipping Policy : (Currently Not Available)

For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 700 (~ USD 10); orders under INR 21,000 (approx. USD 300) are charged INR 1400 (approx. USD 20) and orders above INR 21,000 are shipped free.

• If the seal is broken, the package is damaged or torn, the contents look tampered with Any mess, leakage, or unusual condition with the parcel, Contents look disturbed or missing, we strongly advise:
• Do NOT accept the parcel
• Do NOT share OTP with the delivery agent
• Take photos of the package
• Report the issue to us immediately
• Your safety and trust matter to us. We're here to help you with quick resolutions.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

From the time of shipping, it takes about 3-7 Business days for domestic orders and 7-9 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@roarfox.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order, or you will receive a text SMS from your entered number.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
